Apply

  1. Complete Application, Student Profile and pay Application Fee.

  2. Schedule Half-day Visit with Facilitators (optional)


Visiting Week

  1. Schedule 'Visiting Week' start date with Facilitators and/or Administrative Coordinator

  2. Before the start of the Visiting Week, complete these items:

  3. At the end of the Visiting Week, interview/ debrief with your Facilitators (*be sure you have fully completed the webinar by this time, so you will be ready with questions) (~45 minutes)


Final Enrollment

  1. Complete final forms

    1. Sign Enrollment Agreement and pay Deposit (sent to your inbox)

    2. Upload Immunization Form (sent to your inbox)

    3. Sign Parent Agreements (sent to your inbox)

  2. Familiarize with orientation materials

    1. Read 'Family Handbook'

    2. Read 'The What and Why of Day-to-Day'

  3. On-board with communications

    1. Join the Sunday Memo

    2. Join the Heartwood Families’ Facebook group

    3. Sign up for RainedOut alerts

    4. Add your info to the Family Directory

    5. Familiarize with the Online Family Portal
